WORKING STUDENTS

Want to learn to ride?
Want to lease a horse?
Have a horse to board?
Short of money?  

We will trade work for lessons, horse board, or other services by private arrangement.

Worker must:   

• Be at least 12 years old.
• Be a full time student or have other employment because you will be considered an independent contractor, not an employee.
• Have personal health insurance.
• Be able to complete assignments without direct oversight.
• Have a relatively consistent schedule for work and riding.

Value of work is determined by the skill level involved and the rate at which the work is completed. We value people who are consistent, produce good results, and are willing to do any assigned chores.

Assignments vary a great deal depending on the needs of the Ranch, maturity of the worker, and skills involved.  They often include hard manual labor such as stall cleaning, weed eating, repairing fence lines, etc.
