Approximately 6 acres of slopping ground. Footing of clay, shale, and manure is regularly worked. Many types of cross country fences are available. Stadium jump patterns and grids are often set in the middle.
498 meter gallop track with 100 meter markers is set around the perimeter of the jump field. Riders often use this for pleasant walks before and after work as well as conditioning, interval training, and speed work. Varying slopes offer opportunity to practice on varying terrain as found in competitions.
20 meter diameter round pen suitable for starting beginning riders as well as young horses. Sand footing. Also available for turnouts.
15 meter wash rack / tie rail with gravel footing and two hoses. Separate single cross tie wash rack.
Several shipping containers provide locked storage for tack and equipment. Front gate is locked at night.
Abundant shade is provided by trees all over the ranch and chairs available for use.
Fresh bottled water is always available for clients.
