Going through Santa Paula from Ventura is faster than Ojai due to traffic in Ojai.
Enter Frog Creek Farm on your GPS to get to Sulphur Mountain Rd. Turn on Sulphur Mountain Rd., pass Frog Creek Farm, and follow to the top, 4.75 miles. You will need a code for the electric gate at the top. The gate is white with 2 red placards. Signs say end of road and Ventura County Trail. The Ranch will be on your right a little over 2 miles after the electric gate. 4401 Sulphur Mountain Rd.
SM ROAD IS VERY WINDY STEEP ONE LANE; KIDS MAY NEED DRAMAMINE TO AVOID CAR SICKNESS.
